This flavorful soup makes a complete meal in a bowl.
Ingredients
1 Terrific Tortellini soup package from Best Darn Foods
1 lb. sweet or hot sausage
1 48 oz can chicken broth
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
- In a 3 quart soup pot, remove casing from sausage, crumble and saute’ until cooked. Add broth and tomatoes
- Bring to boil
- Add soup package and beans
- Simmer for 20 minutes until pasta is done
Notes
- Optional Additions: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving. Serves 4-6.
