1 Soup-er Vegetable soup package from Best Darn Foods
1 48 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1 48 oz can Chicken or Vegetable broth
- In a 3 quart soup pot add broth, tomatoes and soup mix
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- Optional Additions: Grated Parmesan cheese, 1 can drained white beans. Serves 4-6.
