A bowl of creamy potato and corn soup to fill you up.
48 oz Chicken Broth
1 8 ¼ oz Can Cream Corn
1 C Milk or Cream
8 oz Cubed Velveeta Cheese
- In a 3 Quart soup pot add soup mix, broth and cream corn
- Simmer 30 minutes until potatoes are tender
- Add milk or cream
- Then add cubed cheese and stir until melted
- Optional additions: cubed cooked ham, cooked bacon or baby shrimp. Serves 4-6.
