1 Lemon Tea Loaf Dessert package from Best Darn Foods
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Juice from 1/2 lemon (or lemon juice)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 9×5 loaf pan.
- Beat dry ingredients with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup water.
- Bake 40-45 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
- Dissolve 1/4 cup sugar with the juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Pour over hot loaf.
