| Best Darn Chocolate Lovers Delight |

| 8 oz. cream cheese |
1/4 cup butter |
| 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter |

CHEESEBALL: Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, and contents of package together. Place on plastic wrap and shape into ball. Refrigerate. Roll in pecans before serving.
PIE: Follow directions above but fold in 8 oz. Cool Whip. Place in graham cracker crust and top with pecans. Refrigerate before serving.
TRUFFLES: Follow directions for cheeseball (omitting nuts). Refrigerate in bowl 4 hours before rolling chocolate into 1/2” balls and coating with either powdered sugar or cocoa. Keep truffles refrigerated when not serving.
Ingredients: confectioners sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips and pecans.

| Best Darn Apple Crisp |

| 7 medium sized apples |
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine |
| 1 egg |

Mix apples with enclosed packet of raisins & spices. Place in greased 9x9 baking pan. In bowl mix egg with enclosed flour bag. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mix over apples. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until brown on top. Serves 6. Enjoy! A delightful dessert served warm with ice cream.
Ingredients: raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, sugar, baking powder. No salt added.

| Best Darn Corn Bread Mix |

| 1 pint (2cups) sour cream |
2 eggs |
Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Mix contents of package with sour cream and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until slightly browned. Good hot or cold. For added flavor, 1 small can mild green chilis can be added.
Ingredients: Corn meal, flour sugar, baking soda.

| Best Darn Lemon Tea Loaf |

| 2 eggs |
1/2 cup water |
| 1/4 cup sugar |

Beat dry ingredients with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup water. Put in greased, floured 5x9 pan and bake 40 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
Glaze: Dissolve 1/4 cup sugar with the lemon juice packet. Pour over hot loaf. Enjoy!
