1 medium zucchini (optional) 1 1 lb. package frozen meatballs
In large pot combine soup package with the chicken broth, water and meatballs. Cook at medium to low heat until the barley is tender (about 40 Minutes). After 30 minutes of cooking add your diced zucchini to the soup. Ingredients: pasta, barley, mixed vegetables, onion, carrots, Italian seasoning and garlic.
