Best Darn Cheeseburger in Paradise Soup |

| 1 lb. ground beef |
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese |
| 6.5 oz. can sliced mushrooms |
2 1/2 Cups Milk |
| 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth |
1 1/2 Cups Water |
| Crumbled bacon for garnish (optional) |

Brown meat & drain, add contents of bag with water, beef broth and mushrooms. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 mins. until potatoes are tender. Add Velveeta, and milk. Cook 10 minutes on low heat until creamy. Garnish with bacon. Serves 6.
Ingredients: Potatoes, carrots, onions, green & chili peppers, garlic and black pepper.
Please place in cool, dry place...shelf life --- 6 months. | |
