Delicious and easy! Blend contents of package with 8 oz. of cream cheese and 3-4 tbs. of sour cream to soften. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
OPTIONAL: For a hot hors d'oeuvre, mix contents of package with 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup mayo, and 1/2 teaspoon curry. Blend and spread onto thin slices of French bread. Broil until bubbly. Enjoy!
Additional OPTION: Quarter and cook 3 lbs. potatoes, drain and add 3 tbl. butter or margarine, 1/2 cup sour cream and the contents of the dip package. Gently mix, cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
