Best Darn Italian Wedding Soup
1 lb. ground beef 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese salt
1 egg 2-48 oz. cans chicken broth pepper

To make meatballs, combine beef, egg, cheese, salt and pepper with spice packet. Roll into 1 inch balls & bake on foiled lined pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bring broth to a boil, add soup package and meatballs. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve with parmesan on top. Serves 10-12. Enjoy!
Ingredients: ancini de pepe pasta, carrots, spinach, parsley, onion, garlic, flavored bread crumbs.
Please place in cool, dry place...shelf life --- 6 months.
