To make meatballs, combine beef, egg, cheese, salt and pepper with spice packet. Roll into 1 inch balls & bake on foiled lined pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bring broth to a boil, add soup package and meatballs. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve with parmesan on top. Serves 10-12. Enjoy!
