Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan. Beat dry ingredients with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup water. 40-45 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
Glaze: Dissolve 1/4 cup sugar with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Juice packets included if you don't have the real thing. Pour over hot loaf. Enjoy!
Please place in cool, dry place...shelf life --- 6 months.
