Best Darn Jersey Shore Chowder |

| 1 large can (48 oz) Chicken Broth |
1 cup Milk or Cream |
| 1 can (8 1/4 oz) Cream Style Corn |
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese |
Place soup mix, chicken broth and cream style corn in a pot. Simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk (or cream) and Velveeta and stir until melted. Makes 9 cups.
Other Suggestions: You can add shrimp, cooked ham or cooked bacon bits if preferred..
Ingredients: Potatoes, onions, celery, corn, garlic, and parsley.
Please place in cool, dry place...shelf life 6 months. | |
