For a wonderful hearty vegetable soup, combine contents of package with 6 cups of Chicken Broth (1 large 48 oz. can) and 1 large can of Diced Tomatoes (28 oz.). Simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated Parmesan Cheese. Serves 8. Enjoy! For Clam Chowder Lovers: When soup is finished, add 1 large can of Chopped or Diced Clams including Broth. Vegetarian Alternative: Substitute 1- 48 ounce can of Vegetable broth for the Chicken broth. Contents: Freeze dried corn, peas, spinach, tomatoes, pasta & our own blend of spices.
Please place in cool, dry place...shelf life --- 6 months. |
